Our friendly faces can be seen working in the Hospital and also The Spine Centre, where you will find our consultation rooms. We provide services with a special interest in spinal pathologies as well as chronic pain.

Physiotherapist
As a dedicated and experienced physiotherapist, I, Jenilee Fortein, have a strong passion for helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness. With a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Western Cape (2014), I have recently done my postgraduate diploma in Interdisciplinary Pain Management at UCT, finding joy in helping people who suffer from chronic persistent pain.
Currently, I'm excited to be a part of the Potgieter Physios team, where I focus on treating a range of conditions, including headaches, neck and shoulder injuries, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries.
My particular interest lies in pain management for chronic pain conditions, and I've expanded my skills through post-graduate courses in Dry Needling (Parts 1 & 2, 2015) and Orthopaedic Manipulation Techniques (OMT, 2017). I'm committed to delivering personalized hands-on, evidence-based care to my patients, and I'm eager to continue growing as a professional in the field of physiotherapy.
